Weather, River, Emoticons chat
Dota 2 ยท Changer. Three settings right on the Changer tab: they change the weather on the map and the look of the river, and unlock all emoticons in chat.

Where to find it in the menuโ
Changer
The settings are right on the tab, with no separate page. On the same tab: Inventory, Trees, Chams, Minify.
How to enableโ
- Turn off the "Convars" part of Safe mode. While it is on (by default), all three rows are greyed out: weather and river are held at "Default", emoticons are off. Click the greyed-out row โ the Safe mode window opens on that part.
- Menu (
Insert) โ Changer โ choose Weather, River or turn on Emoticons chat.
What it doesโ
- Weather and River change the look of the map only for you. The selection is applied immediately and again at the start of every game.
- Emoticons chat unlocks all of the game's emoticons in chat.
- All three settings change game console variables. The server can see them, so they belong to the "Convars" part of Safe mode. In the menu, the rows have the hint "Use own risk!".

FAQโ
Weather / river can't be selected, the row is greyed out. It is held by the "Convars" part of Safe mode. Click the row and turn that part off (at your own risk).
I chose a weather, but nothing changed on the map. Check whether "Remove Weather Effects" is on in Minify: this mod removes rain, snow and other weather effects.
