Legit โ†’ Recoil control

A page tab inside Legit, next to Aimbot, Trigger bot, Backtrack and Zeus and knife. Inside are the Strength and Aim movement sections.

How to enableโ€‹

  1. Turn off Safe mode (Settings โ†’ Safe mode). While it is on, recoil control does not work, and both enable toggles are locked.
  2. Menu (Insert) โ†’ Legit โ†’ Recoil control. Choose when to compensate:
    • Enable on Aim Assist โ€” while the Aimbot is working (on by default, but the aimbot itself is off by default);
    • Enable on Shoot โ€” whenever you shoot, no aimbot needed (off by default).
  3. While both toggles are off, the other settings on the page are inactive.

Settings are saved to the selected weapon preset. More: Weapon presets.

Do not confuse this with "Remove view punch" in Misc โ†’ Tweaks: that option only removes camera shake, while the actual recoil remains.

What it doesโ€‹

  • While you shoot, moves the crosshair against the recoil. Strength at X and Strength at Y set what share of horizontal and vertical recoil to compensate (100 โ€” exactly as much as the recoil produces).
  • Enable on Shoot works with pistols only when the "Pistols" option is on.
  • Does not work with the Desert Eagle, R8 Revolver, Nova, Sawed-Off, AWP, SSG 08, knife, Zeus, C4, healthshot and grenades.
  • Does not work while the menu or the buy menu is open, or with an empty magazine.
  • Lock Mouse on Shoot: while you shoot, mouse movement is ignored, and recoil is compensated from where the crosshair was when the burst started.
  • Aim movement makes the compensation look like a human hand:
    • "Add jitter" โ€” small random deviations during a burst, building up over the first fractions of a second;
    • "Smooth" โ€” the compensation catches up with the recoil gradually, without jerks. How smooth is set by "Smoothness": the higher, the slower;
    • "Strength randomization" (in the "Strength" section) โ€” the X and Y strength randomly changes within ยฑ5% every 0.2โ€“0.25 s.

FAQโ€‹

Recoil control does not work / the toggles are grey. Safe mode is on. Turn it off in the Settings tab (at your own risk).

Recoil is not compensated when I just shoot. By default only "Enable on Aim Assist" is on โ€” compensation works only together with the Aimbot. Turn on Enable on Shoot.

Recoil is not compensated with a pistol / AWP / Deagle. For pistols, turn on "Pistols". For the Desert Eagle, R8 Revolver, AWP, SSG 08, Nova and Sawed-Off, compensation does not work at all.

The crosshair is pulled down more than needed. Lower Strength at Y (110 by default, i.e. slightly more than the recoil itself).
