Notifications
All games ยท Settings. A shared stack of notification cards on screen: scripts post to it (runes, teleports, script updates, etc.). This is where the position, stack direction and alignment are set.

In Dota 2 the page has an Updates notifications section. In CS2 it is a separate page: Settings โ Updates notifications.
How to enableโ
- Menu (
Insert) โ Settings โ Notifications. - Notifications are on by default. They are turned on and off with the toggle in the page header.
- Click Preview to play a few notifications and see how they appear and leave.
- While the menu is open and there are no notifications, a sample card is shown on screen. Drag it with the mouse to where you want it (HUD cards). By default the stack is in the top right.
Which events send notifications is set on the scripts' own pages.
What it doesโ
- A new notification slides in from the side โ the side the cards are aligned to (with "Center" alignment โ from the nearest screen edge), stays for the time set by the script (usually 4 seconds) and leaves by itself. The other cards move into the freed space.
- A bar along the bottom edge of the card shows the remaining time.
- No more than 5 notifications are visible at once: when a sixth arrives, the oldest one leaves.
- Some notifications can be clicked (for example, "reload scripts" in the update notification). Clicking a regular card does nothing and lets you drag the stack.
- Stack direction: "Down" โ new cards appear below the anchored one, "Up" โ above it.
- Alignment: which edge cards of different widths line up to. "Auto" takes the side of the screen the stack is on: in the left third of the screen โ the left edge, otherwise the right.
- While the game chat is open, a stack located in the central part of the screen is hidden so it does not get in the way.
- The look is taken from Themes โ Panels.
Dota 2
- Notification type: "Side card" โ cards at the edge of the screen; "Game chat" โ lines in the game chat.
- Outside a match, scripts reload by themselves when an update is released.
Updates notifications (Dota 2, CS2)
- When a script update is released, a "Scripts update is ready" card arrives. With "Reload on click" on, clicking it reloads the scripts.
- Auto reload on update reloads the scripts as soon as the update is ready, including in a match. In Dota 2, while it is on, an "Auto reload" card stays on screen; clicking it turns the feature off. In CS2 no card is shown during auto reload.

The stack position is set by dragging with the mouse; there is no separate setting for it.
FAQโ
Notifications don't appear.
- Check the toggle in the header of the Settings โ Notifications page.
- Event notifications are turned on in the settings of the specific script.
- In Dota 2 check Notification type: with "Game chat" they go to the chat instead of cards.
Notifications disappear when I open the chat. The stack is in the central part of the screen. Drag it closer to an edge.
How do I find out about script updates? Turn on Updates notifications (in Dota 2 โ a section on the Notifications page, in CS2 โ a separate page in Settings).
