All games ยท Settings. A music player card on screen: cover art, track title, artist, progress and control buttons. It shows whatever is playing on the computer (Spotify, a browser and other Windows players).

How to enableโ
- Menu (
Insert) โ Settings โ Now playing. Turn on the toggle in the page header: the card is off by default. - Start music in any player. The card shows the current track.
- Show only in menu is on by default: the card is visible only while the menu is open. Turn this option off to keep the card on screen all the time.
- Drag the card with the mouse to where you want it (HUD cards). By default it is on the left.
What it doesโ
- Reads the track currently playing in the system: cover art, title, artist and position in the track.
- Follow player: "Automatic" โ whatever is playing right now. You can pick a specific player: the list keeps every player that has ever played something on this computer, even if it is closed now.
- Layout of the card:
- Mini โ cover art only; on hover a play/pause button appears over it;
- Card โ cover art, track and progress bar; the control buttons appear on hover in place of the artist line;
- Full โ the same, but the buttons are always on a separate line.
- Cover art is off by default. While it is off, the "Mini" layout works like "Card".
- Buttons: previous track, play/pause, next track. They work if Clickable controls is on.
- Playing indicator โ an equalizer on the cover art while the track is playing: you can see at a glance whether the music is playing or paused.
- The card can be resized from its bottom right corner: sideways changes the Width (%), downward โ the Size.
- The volume keys change the volume of the player, not the whole system: the game volume stays the same. When pressed, a volume indicator appears on the cover art. Holding a volume key repeats the press. Pause and track switching do not repeat when held.
- The card can also be visible outside a match (if "Show only in menu" is off). In a match it is hidden when the game shows its own screen.
- The card color and opacity are taken from Themes โ Panels. The default text colors also follow the theme until you change them.

The card position is set by dragging with the mouse; there is no separate setting for it.
FAQโ
I can't find the Now playing page.
It is in the Settings tab, next to Watermark and Notifications. You can also find it with search: Ctrl+K โ "Now playing".
I turned it on, but the card isn't visible in game. Show only in menu is on by default. Turn it off. Also check whether "Hide when nothing plays" is on while the music is stopped.
The card has no cover art. Cover art is off by default: turn on Cover art.
The card shows the wrong player (for example, a browser video instead of Spotify). Select the player you want in Follow player instead of "Automatic". A player appears in the list after it has played something at least once.
The buttons on the card can't be clicked. Turn on Clickable controls. In the "Card" layout the buttons appear only when you hover the cursor over it.
The volume changes, but the game sound doesn't. This is by design: the volume keys change only the player's volume.
