Movement โ†’ Null strafe

How to enableโ€‹

  1. Menu (Insert) โ†’ Movement โ†’ Null strafe โ†’ turn on Null strafe. Off by default.
  2. Null strafe and Auto strafe do not work together: turning one on turns the other off.

What it doesโ€‹

  • Works on two axes separately: forward/back (W/S) and left/right (A/D).
  • If both keys of the same axis are held, the one pressed last has priority. Release it โ€” the character immediately moves toward the one that is still held.
  • Without the feature, the game stops the character when two opposite keys are held.
  • Does not interfere while Auto stop or Edge stop is braking.

FAQโ€‹

I enabled Null strafe and Auto strafe turned off (or vice versa). This is by design: these features are mutually exclusive; only one can be on.

How does this help in the game? When strafing around a corner (A-D), you do not need to release one key before pressing the other: the direction changes the moment you press.
