Visuals โ†’ Hit Marker

The page has three cards: Marker, Hit Sound, Damage Numbers. Each has its own header toggle.

How to enableโ€‹

  1. Menu (Insert) โ†’ Visuals โ†’ Hit Marker.
  2. The feature is on by default (header toggle of the page), and all three cards are on too.
  3. Turn off any part you don't need with the header toggle of its card.

What it doesโ€‹

  • Triggers when you deal damage to an enemy (to health or armor). If you are spectating a player after death, that player's hits are tracked.
  • Marker: a diagonal cross of four lines with an empty center โ€” at the crosshair, on the target, or both. It stays for "Duration" and fades out smoothly (if "Fade" is on).
  • Damage Numbers: a number for the health taken (like -27) pops up above the target and flies off following the chosen animation.
  • On a headshot, the marker and damage numbers are drawn in the Headshot Color (red by default).
  • Hit Sound plays its own sound for each event:
    • Body hit โ€” a hit on any body part except the head;
    • Headshot โ€” a hit to the head;
    • Kill โ€” on the killing hit (if off, it sounds like a normal hit);
    • Headshot kill โ€” on a headshot kill (if off, it sounds like a normal kill);
    • Grenades & fire โ€” when your HE grenade or your fire damages an enemy. Teammates' grenades are not counted.
  • For each event you can pick its own sound or "Inherit": headshot, kill and grenades take the "Body hit" sound, headshot kill takes the "Kill" sound (if it is on and set), otherwise the "Headshot" sound.
  • Above the list of events there are ready-made sound packs: Classic, Rust, Minecraft, Memes. Clicking a pack assigns the sounds and turns on all events.
  • Clicking a sound opens a picker: search, "Favorites", "All sounds" and the volume of this event. The "Play" button plays the sound.
  • Available sounds: AGPA 1, AGPA 2, Aim Booster, Among Us Kill, Apple Pay, Arena Switch, Bameware, Bell, Ben, Bonk, Brotato, Bubble, Call of Duty, Click, Combo Break, Door, Doof Kill, Fatality, Flush, Hentai 1โ€“3, Kick, Kill Card, Minecraft Bow, Minecraft Button, Minecraft Egg, Minecraft Hit, Minecraft XP, Money Claim, Mouth, MSFRS, Na Naxuy, Pop, PUBG Pan, Quaver, Rank Down, Regulus, Rust Headshot, Satisfying Click, Spiral Knight, Stony, Tavern, Telegram, Trident Pierce, Water Drop, Zelda. The default for a body hit is Rust Headshot.
  • The page has a preview showing what the marker and damage numbers look like.

FAQโ€‹

The sound doesn't play on hit. Check that the Hit Sound card and the event you need are on, and that the overall Volume and the event volume are not at zero. The sound plays only when you hit an enemy.

I want a headshot to sound different from a normal hit. Click the sound of the Headshot event and choose your own instead of "Inherit". Or pick a ready-made pack (Rust, Minecraft, Memes) โ€” their events have different sounds.

The marker doesn't show on damage from a teammate's grenade. Only damage you deal yourself is counted.
