Skywrath Mage
Dota 2 ยท Heroes. Skywrath Mage has his own Mystic Flare card: the ultimate goes only at a target that can't walk out of it (stunned, rooted or slowed), placed ahead along the target's facing, and with Aghanim's Scepter so that both flares land on the target. The rest of the combo is shared.

The Mystic Flare card opens with the icon in the corner of the ability tile or with a right click on the tile. The tile on the Alternative combo tab has its own card with its own values. The other tabs of the page are shared by all heroes โ see Hero page.
How to enableโ
- Menu (
Insert) โ Heroes โ Skywrath Mage โ turn on the header toggle of the page (off by default). The general requirements (main toggle, combo key) are in Hero page and General settings. - Turn on the Humanizer: the combo does not work without it.
What it doesโ
- Default ability order: Ancient Seal (amplifies the magic damage after it) โ Concussive Shot (slows the target for the flare) โ Arcane Bolt โ Mystic Flare. Mask of Madness is off by default (its silence hurts a caster).
- Only on a held or slowed target: Mystic Flare waits until the target will be stunned, rooted or slowed when the flare lands. A Concussive Shot in flight lands first, then the flare goes.
- Ahead of the target: the flare is placed not on the target but ahead along its facing โ turning back takes time, so the target stays in the area longer. The offset is a percentage of the flare's radius (30% by default, 0 โ right on the target).
- Both flares on the target: with Aghanim's Scepter the flare is placed at the target's edge so the second flare lands on it too and both burn it. The "Ahead of the target" offset is not used in that case.
- If the flare's point is beyond cast range, the hero walks closer.

FAQโ
The combo doesn't cast Mystic Flare. By default the flare waits for the target to be stunned, rooted or slowed. Keep Concussive Shot or disabling items (Scythe of Vyse, Rod of Atos) in the combo, or turn off Only on a held or slowed target.
The flare lands in front of the target, not on it. That is Ahead of the target, % of the flare: the flare goes along the target's facing. Set 0 to place it right on the target.
With the Scepter the flare goes at the target's edge. That is Both flares on the target: the second flare lands on the same target. Turn the toggle off for a normal cast.
